Liz was born and raised in Aurora, IL. She grew up in a Hispanic household having to interpret for her parents who did not speak English, and that led to a passion for bridging communication gaps within her community. This passion helped her to learn a third language, making her tri-lingual. She has a degree in ASL Interpreting and hopes to finish a Communication degree in the future. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, baking, and traveling.
