Toshia Moss

Toshia was born and raised in Detroit, MI, and relocated to Aurora with her family in 2002. With 15 years of public administration experience at the City of Aurora, she joined the Innovation & Strategy Division in 2023. Toshia has held key roles in Human Resources and the Mayor's Office, bringing her expertise and leadership to various city initiatives. Toshia is passionate about helping others reach their full potential. Known for her collaborative spirit, enthusiasm, compassion, and integrity, Toshia is a purpose-driven leader. She shares this purpose-driven life with her husband and their three children.
